Our Mission:Our mission is to establish a framework for insightful human capital measurement, interpretation and action. We facilitate professional and personal excellence, enhance organizational effectiveness and contribute to the current & future success of the professionals and organizations. The Excellence- Training and Development Philosophy consists of: § Training Needs Analysis – TNA - Finding out what the real requirements or training needs of the organisation are. No two organizations are alike and no two training requirements are the same therefore, a TNA, even if it is a brief one, should be conducted before every training programme.
§ Customisation - Developing customized training workshops or customizing/ tailoring standard workshop contents to best meet the training needs identified through the TNA. We believe every workshop is a custom workshop.
§ Using the Reinforcement Principle to increase learning effectiveness and skill acquisition – This involves: o Pre-workshop interaction using e-learning techniques o Intensive interpersonal interaction and active learning during the workshop o Post-workshop interaction and continuing the learning experience through further e-learning techniques o Periodical review and updating
§ Active learning approach focused on maximum trainee involvement and use of activities, case studies, role-plays and simulations to maximize skill acquisition and make the training program a fun and enjoyable experience. o Use of wide range of attractive and enjoyable training activities o Use of case studies, role-plays, simulations o Using video recording techniques, filming and replaying activities for increased learning o Use of multi-media, flip charts, video’s and other training aids |
